Way back in the jurassic age of the 1970s, before there was home video, one of the few ways to experience the adventures of your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man was on your turntable, with LPs of radio-style adventures.
Then there was “Spider-Man: The Rockomic!”, which combined an audio adventure with a “rock opera” soundtrack that was, well…it was like nothing I can describe. Li’l Scott listened to this record a lot back in the day. Here’s a taste. (That’s DEEP SPACE NINE’s Rene Auberjonois as Peter Parker/Spidey, by the way.)
