Crisis on Earth-Three, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Bernard Sachs; The Crime Syndicate is so bored of life on their Earth as supreme villains, designated as Earth-3, that they come to the JLA’s Earth for a new challenge after Ultraman accidentally discovers it when exposed to Green Kryptonite (which gives him a new power with every exposure to it); Just as it looks like the JLA has the upper hand, the Crime Syndicate teleports them to Earth-3, where they have the advantage; To secure a level battlefield the Crime Syndicate plans to go to the Earth-2 and eliminate the JSA. 1st Silver Age appearance of Star Man; Justice Society cross-over.

The Most Dangerous Earth of All, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Bernard Sachs; The JSA is tricked into being transported to an interdimensional prison by the Crime Syndicate (using the same word ‘Volthoom’ that captured the JLA last issue), so the JLA must battle the Crime Syndicate on Earth-2; The JLA then gets the Syndicate to over-exert themselves, imprisons them between the dimensions, and later frees the JSA from their dimensional trap set by the Syndicate to destroy the earths should they have lost vs. both teams.

Earth–Without a Justice League!, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Bernard Sachs; The Johnny Thunder of Earth-1 takes control of the Earth-2 counterpart’s Thunderbolt after the Johnny of Earth-2 accidentally asks T-Bolt to transport him to Earth-1 to meet his counterpart; The Earth-1 Johnny then goes back in time to prevent the JLAers from existing when they stop T-Bolt from committing crimes for him; After being defeated by the JSA later on, he has the Thunderbolt go back in time again to create a Lawless League (based off the JLA’s origins) from his criminal associates to confront the JSA on Earth-1.

Crisis on Earth-A!, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Bernard Sachs; The JSA defeats the Lawless League and then the three monstrous creatures created by the Johnny Thunder of Earth-1; He concedes defeat and tells the Thunderbolt to turn back time to before he ever heard of him; T-Bolt then later stops Johnny when he’s about to wonder if he has a counterpart on Earth-1 again, since all previous events were erased from everyone’s minds.

The Super-Crisis That Struck Earth-Two!, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Sid Greene; The JSA, with new member an adult Robin, confront and are defeated by four normal persons on Earth-2, powered by black matter from another universe; When they ask for help from the JLA using Johnny’s T-Bolt, he brings them a battered JLA team, suffering the same problem as their counterparts; Both groups them learn the black matter’s origins, and resolve to end the problem on Earth-2 first, lest both worlds be destroyed; features the Arrowcar!

The Negative Crisis on Earths One-Two!, script by Gardner Fox, pencils by Mike Sekowsky, inks by Sid Greene; The JLA and JSA team up to stop the Black-Sphered Villains on Earth-2, using artificial means to power up four of their own with black matter, but it almost backfires when the four heroes become evil; The remaining heroes are then subconsciously helped by the four heroes into defeating them by exposing their weaknesses; These same weaknesses are then used vs. the four earlier-charged normal persons, who then lose their powers as well; Things are returned to normal on Earth-2, and the four Leaguers return to their world to stop the charged persons there using the same weaknesses; 1st Golden Age Wonder Woman in the Silver Age.

In Each Man There Is a Demon, script by Denny O’Neil, pencils by Dick Dillin, inks by Joe Giella; Black Canary joins the JLA after traveling to Earth 1 from Earth 2; The JLA must battle evil versions of themselves, and Black Canary discovers she’s gained the power of a sonic scream as a result of crossing over to Earth-1.

Crisis on Earth-X!, script by Len Wein, pencils by Dick Dillin, inks by Dick Giordano; During an annual meeting between the JLA and JSA, six members and the Red Tornado (accidentally interfering with the transmatter machine that transports the two groups between Earths 1 and 2) are accidentally transported to another Earth, one in which the Nazis won World War Two; At first, the seven heroes are able to defeat a small group of Nazi soldiers, but are almost defeated by sonic machines when the Freedom Fighters, led by Uncle Sam, take the heroes away and explain what’s going on in their secret headquarters; The three groups learn of machines around the world controlling everyone’s minds, and set about to destroy them all.
